  "text": "Any licence granted under this Order—\n(a) shall be in writing;\n(b) may be made subject to such conditions as may be specified therein; and\n(c) may be amended, suspended or revoked at any time by notice in writing served on the person to whom the licence was granted if the Department is satisfied that the requirements of this Order, or any conditions in the licence, are not being complied with.",
