Regulation 1 Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Risk Material Regulations 1997.

Regulations 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 15(7) and 24(2) of and Schedule 1 to these Regulations shall come into force on 17th December 1997 and the remaining provisions of the Regulations shall come into force on 1st January 1998.
