  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order specifies the sixth form college corporations to which section 33J(2) of the Act applies.\nSection 33J provides that the instrument of government of such sixth form college corporations must require that a majority of the members of the governing bodies of the relevant sixth form college be persons appointed for the purpose of securing (so far as practicable) that the established character of the college be preserved and developed and, in particular, that the sixth form college is conducted in accordance with any trust deed relating to it.",
