CUSTOMS AND EXCISE

Laid before Parliament 24th October 1988

Coming into force 1st December 1988

The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 19(1) and (1A) and 22(1), (3A), (4) and (10) of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979^f1, section 93(2)(a) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979^f2, and section 9(2) of the Isle of Man Act 1979^f3, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
