  "text": "Paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 2 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) Order 1985 and paragraph 2 of Part III of that Schedule shall be amended by—\n(a) inserting in sub-paragraph (a) of each of those paragraphs, after the word “European”, the words “Champion Clubs' ”; and\n(b) inserting in sub-paragraph (b) of each of those paragraphs, after the word “the”, the word “European”.",
