For the purposes of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985, there are hereby designated—

(1)

the classes of sports ground specified in Schedule 1 to this Order;

(2)

the classes of sporting events specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 to this Order at any sports ground specified in Schedule 1; and

(3)

the classes of sporting events specified in Part 2 of Schedule 2.
