# The Spring Traps Approval Order 1995, Article 1: Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Spring Traps Approval Order 1995 and shall come into force on 10th October 1995.
(2) Any reference in this Order to “the Schedule” is a reference to the Schedule to this Order.
