# The Spring Traps Approval (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Spring Traps Approval (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018.
(2) With the exception of article 6, this Order comes into force on 3 January 2019.
(3) Article 6 comes into force on 1 April 2020.
