Made 30th November 1988
Coming into force 1st January 1989
The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, as respects England, and the Secretary of State, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(3) and (7) of the Pests Act 1954 and now vested in them and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
