  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate, or as is incidental, to it.\n(2) This article is subject to article 22 (time limit for exercise of authority to possess land temporarily or to acquire land compulsorily), article 23(2) (compulsory acquisition of rights), article 24 (private rights), article 26 (acquisition of subsoil only), article 30 (temporary use of land for constructing the authorised development), article 32 (statutory undertakers) and article 48 (crown rights).",
