# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 114: Arbitration

Extent: E+W

Save for differences or disputes arising under sub-paragraphs 106(2), 106(4), 107(1) and paragraph 108 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and Cadent under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and Cadent, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 42 (arbitration).
