# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 70: Grid connection works

Extent: E+W

The undertaker must not except with the agreement of NGET pursuant to this Part of this Schedule, carry out the grid connection works, or any part of it (excepting any works which are works regulated by the connection agreement between the undertaker and National Grid Energy Systems Operator (or a successor thereto)).
