# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 75: On Street Apparatus

Extent: E+W

Except for paragraphs 76 (apparatus of NGET in stopped up streets), 81 (retained apparatus: protection of NGET), 82 (expenses) and 83 (indemnity) of this Schedule which will apply in respect of the exercise of all or any powers under the Order affecting the rights and apparatus of NGET, the other provisions of this Schedule do not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and NGET are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
