# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 77: Protective works to buildings

The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 19 (protective works to buildings), must exercise those powers so as not to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus or to the National Grid Navenby Substation without the written consent of NGET.
