# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 87: Access

Extent: E+W

If in consequence of the agreement reached in accordance with paragraph 73(1) or the powers granted under this Order the access to any apparatus or the National Grid Navenby Substation is materially obstructed, the undertaker must provide such alternative means of access to such apparatus or the National Grid Navenby Substation as will enable NGET to maintain or use the apparatus no less effectively than was possible before such obstruction.
