# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 88: Arbitration

Extent: E+W

Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraph 79(2), 79(4), 80(1) and 81 any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and NGET under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and NGET, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 43 (arbitration).
