# The Springwell Solar Farm Order 2026, Paragraph 89: Notices

Extent: E+W

Notwithstanding article 45 (service of notices), any plans submitted to NGET by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 81 must be submitted using the LSBUD system (https://lsbud.co.uk/) or to such other address as NGET may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
