  "text": "The following provisions do not apply in so far as they relate to the construction of any numbered work or the carrying out of any operation required for the purpose of, or in connection with, the construction, operation, maintenance or decommissioning of the authorised development and so far as the provisions still in force are incompatible with the powers contained within this Order—\n(a) Anglian Water Authority Act 1977;\n(b) Blankney Fen, Blankney Dales, Linwood Fen, Linwood Dales, Martin Fen and Martin Dales Drainage Act 1832;\n(c) Lincoln Heath and Peterborough Road Act 1800;\n(d) Lincolnshire Courthouse Act 1809;\n(e) Lincolnshire Drainage Act 1840;\n(f) Metheringham and Dunston Drainage Act 1826;\n(g) New Sleaford and Anwick Road and Tattershall Witham Bridge Act 1814;\n(h) Ruskington, Dorrington and North Kyme (Lincs) Inclosure and Drainage Act 1832;\n(i) The Land Drainage Supplemental Act 1871;\n(j) The South East Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee Order 2011;\n(k) Trent and Lincolnshire Water Act 1971;\n(l) Witham Drainage Act 1762; and\n(m) Witham First IDB byelaws.",
