# The Square Kilometre Array Observatory (Immunities and Privileges) Order 2020, Article 12: Taxes and duties


The exemption and reliefs granted in articles 9 and 10 are to be subject to compliance with such conditions as the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs may prescribe for the protection of the Revenue.
