Article 2 Provisions of the Act coming into force on 29th September 2000

The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 29th September 2000:–

(a)

section 6(1), so far as relating to the paragraphs of Schedule 2 to the Act referred to in paragraph (b) below; and

(b)

paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 and 18 of Schedule 2 to the Act.
