Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, effect and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Pension Scheme (Pension Sharing on Divorce) (Scotland) Regulations 2001.

These Regulations shall come into force on 3rd March but shall have effect from 1st December 2000.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
