  "text": "The first Trustees appointed under article 4(1) shall hold office as follows:—\n(a) four shall hold office from the new constitution date until 30th November 2011;\n(b) four shall hold office from the new constitution date until 30th November 2012;\n(c) four shall hold office from the new constitution date until 30th November 2013,\nas the panels constituted under article 4(1)(c) and (d) shall specify when they make those appointments.",
