  "text": "The person who, immediately before the commencement of this Order, holds the office of Treasurer of St. Helena shall be deemed to have been appointed, as from the commencement of this Order, to hold the office of Financial Secretary of St. Helena in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and to have taken any necessary oath under the Constitution.",
