# The St. Helena Constitution Order 1989, Article 1: Citation, construction and commencement.


(1) This Order may be cited as the St. Helena Constitution Order 1989.
(2) This Order shall be construed as one with the St. Helena Constitution Order 1988.
(3) This Order shall come into force on 16th February 1989.
