Article 5 General functions

During the G7 period, the Council may, subject to the provisions of the St. Ives Harbour Act and Orders 1853 to 1993 and this Order, take all such steps as it considers necessary or desirable for the maintenance, operation, management, regulation and improvement of the harbour and the additional area, and for the conservation of the areas flora, fauna and geological and physiographical features of special interest.
