# The St Mary’s College, Middlesbrough (Dissolution) Order 2011, Article 2: Dissolution of the corporation of St Mary’s College, Middlesbrough


On 31st July 2011 the corporation of St. Mary’s College, Middlesbrough (“St Mary’s corporation”) is dissolved and its property, rights and liabilities are transferred to the governing body of Trinity Catholic College, Middlesbrough.
