# The Stakeholder Pension Schemes (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2002, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Stakeholder Pension Schemes (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 9th September 2002.
(2) In these Regulations a reference to a numbered regulation is to the regulation bearing that number in the Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations 2000.
