  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 (application of other regulations to stakeholder pension schemes) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For “The Occupational Pension Schemes (Requirement to obtain Audited Accounts or a Statement from the Auditor) Regulations 1996” substitute—\n“The Occupational Pension Schemes (Requirement to obtain Audited Accounts and a Statement from the Auditor) Regulations 1996”.\n(3) In the entry relating to those Regulations in the right-hand column of the Schedule, before “paragraph 5” insert “ regulations 2(1)(b) and 4 and ”.",
