# The Stakeholder Pension Schemes (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 19: Transitional provision


Where, prior to the coming into force of these Regulations, the reporting accountant appointed for the purposes of regulation 11 has been removed or has resigned or died, regulation 11(8) shall, for the purposes of appointing the next reporting accountant after him for the purposes of regulation 11, continue to have effect as in force immediately prior to the coming into force of these Regulations.
