# The Stakeholder Pension Schemes (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 4: Amendment of regulation 4


(1) Regulation 4 (additional requirements as regards instruments establishing a stakeholder pension scheme established under a trust) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3) for “The instruments establishing a stakeholder pension” substitute “ The scheme instruments of a ”.
(3) In paragraph (4)(a) for “or by this regulation” substitute “ , by this regulation or by regulation 6 ”.
