  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 9th March 2005\nLaid before Parliament 14th March 2005\nComing into force 6th April 2005\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 1(1)(b) and (5), 8(1) and 83(4) and (6) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
