# The Stakeholder Pension Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Stakeholder Pension Schemes (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 6th April 2005.
(2) In these Regulations, a reference to a numbered regulation is to the regulation bearing that number in the Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations 2000.
