  "text": "(1) Regulation 15 (requirement for trustees or manager to satisfy certain conditions in relation to with-profit funds) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3)(c), for “company” substitute “insurer”.\n(3) In paragraph (4), omit “appointed”.\n(4) For paragraph (6) substitute—\n“(6) In this regulation, the “actuary to the insurer” means a person appointed to perform, in relation to the insurer, either or both of the functions specified in paragraph 4.3.1 of the Supervision Manual which is part of the FSA Handbook.”.",
