Section III Proviso for Bills of Exchange, &c.
X1Provided alwaies that this Act or any thing therein conteined shall not extend to charge any Bills of Exchange Accompts Bills of Parcells Bills of Fees or any Bills or Notes (not sealed) for payment of money att sight or upon demand or att the end of certaine dayes of payment:-
