Section VI Impression to be durable.

And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid That the said Co[m]missioners in provideing the said Markes or Stamps shall take care they be soe contrived that the Impression thereof may be durable and soe as the same may be leaste lyable to be forged or counterfeited:-
