Section III Proviso for certain Bills of Exchange, &c.

Provided always That this Act or any thing therein contained shall not extend to charge with the said Duties or any of them any Bills of Exchange Accounts Bills of Parcell Bills of Fees or any Bills of Notes (not sealed) for Payment of any Money at Sight or upon Demand or at the End at certain Days of Payment.
