Section VII Duties redeemable by Parliament.

And it is hereby declared That all the Duties by this Act granted to His Majesty His Heires and Successors shall nevertheless be subject and lyable to such Condition and Power of Redemption by Parliament as by any Act of this Session is or shall be declared and provided.
