Regulation 15 Matters referred to monitoring officer after investigation
Where a matter is referred to a monitoring officer under section 64(2) or (4) of the Act the monitoring officer shall—
(a)
send a copy of any report received from the ethical standards officer who has referred the matter, to any member who is the subject of such a report; and, after that member has received the report,
(b)
refer the report to the standards committee of the authority for consideration under regulation 17.
