Regulation 4 Amendments to the 2001 Regulations

For regulation 3, substitute—

“3

(1)

Subject to paragraph (2) a standards committee shall consist of not less than five nor more than nine members.

(2)

A section 54A sub-committee shall consist of not less than three members.”.
