# The Standards Committees (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 11: Amendments to the Standards Committees (Wales) Regulations 2001


In regulation 23(1), after “authorities concerned” insert “or, where the relevant authority is a corporate joint committee, is not a member of its constituent local authorities or constituent National Park Authority”.
