  "text": "An advertisement published under regulation 13(1) may, if the relevant authority concerned considers appropriate —\n(a) notify local government electors for that relevant authority’s area that the chairperson and vice-chairperson of its standards committee are elected from the independent members of that committee; and\n(b) notify those electors of the qualities and experience that may be required of independent members holding such positions.",
