# The Standards Committees (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 21: Re-appointment of members of standards committees


(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of regulation 18 and paragraph (2) of regulation 19 above, a member of the standards committee of a relevant authority who is a member of that authority may be re-appointed for one further consecutive term.
(2) An independent member of the standards committee of a relevant authority shall serve no more than one term of office as such a member.
