Regulation 25 Meetings of standards committees

(1)

Every standards committee shall hold at least one meeting during every period of 12 months after 31 December 2001.

(2)

Every standards committee shall hold at least one meeting on or before 31 December 2001.

(3)

The monitoring officer or a representative of the monitoring officer of a relevant authority shall attend every meeting of that authority’s standards committee.
