(1)

Minutes of the proceedings of a standards committee shall be drawn up and entered in a book provided for the purpose by the proper officer of the relevant authority concerned and shall be signed by the chairperson of the committee at the conclusion of that meeting or at the next following meeting of the committee.

(2)

The minutes of the proceedings of a standards committee shall include —

(a)

a record of any decision made by the committee;

(b)

the reasons for that decision; and

(c)

a record of any declaration of interest by a member of the committee which is relevant to any matter decided upon by that committee during those particular proceedings.
