# The Standards Committees (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 29: Terms of reference of standards committees


(1) Every relevant authority shall forthwith prepare a statement which sets out the terms of reference of its standards committee.
(2) Every relevant authority shall send to the Commission for Local Administration in Wales the statement referred to in paragraph (1) above.
