  "text": "(1) The membership of a standards committee of a local authority operating executive arrangements may not include more than one member who is also a member of the executive of that authority.\n(2) The membership of a standards committee of a local authority operating alternative arrangements may not include more than one member who is also a member of the board of that authority.",
