# The Standards Committees (Wales) Regulations 2001, Regulation 9: Composition of standards committees


(1) The membership of a standards committee of a local authority operating executive arrangements may not include more than one member who is also a member of the executive of that authority.
(2) The membership of a standards committee of a local authority operating alternative arrangements may not include more than one member who is also a member of the board of that authority.
