  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to amend S.I. 1987/2001 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that S.I.\nDEFENCE\nMade 16th December 1987\nLaid before Parliament 17th December 1987\nComing into force 1st January 1988\nThe Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 22(4) of and paragraph 12 of Schedule 3 to the Armed Forces Act 1976, hereby makes the following Order:",
