  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nArticle 3(3) of the Standing Civilian Courts (Amendment) Order 1987 was intended to substitute fresh provision for article 49(2)(a)(ii) of the Standing Civilian Courts Order 1977 (S.I. 1977/88) but misdescribed that provision as article 49(ii) and omitted a comma from the text. This Order therefore corrects those errors by substituting a new article 3(3) in the Amendment Order.",
