# The Standing Civilian Courts (Amendment) Order 2005, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force - 1 July 2005
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by paragraph 12 of Schedule 3 to the Armed Forces Act 1976, and sections 111 and 132 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003, hereby makes the following Order:
